Many States mandate their government agencies to provide its employees with
employment discrimination training (which include sexual harassment training)
within thirty days after being hired and then on a supplemental basis, every two
years. Training is important because, a Diversity Statement,
a Diversity Training Program, and an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)
employer statement is not sufficient to prevent exposure to EEO litigation. Consequently,
many managers and supervisors unintentionally mishandle complaints, which make
the employer vicariously liable.
Our Certified EEO
Complaint Processors conduct Conflict Resolution and Mediation Meetings, Affirmative
Action Planning, Organizational Facilitation Training, and Professional
Development EEO Training (Course Objectives: learning the difference between supervisor harassment and coworker
harassment; learning the difference between sex harassment and
sexual harassment; learning the difference between
medical discrimination and disability discrimination; learning the difference between race discrimination and racial
discrimination; and learning the difference between
religion discrimination and religious discrimination).
